The entity was originally registered in 2013.

Following a period (specifically commencing 2022) marked by significant personal challenges, which included the realization of systemic control and the external misappropriation of the founder’s (the individual Bryton Gore) personal narrative and operational context, the business was formally revived, restructured, and secured.

This critical revival was executed to establish an unambiguous legal and protective structure against unauthorized co-opting, control attempts, and narrative manipulation.
